Any content, files, or data you create, upload, or store within the Service ("Customer Content") belongs to you. We treat it as confidential. Customer Content is accessible only to your authorized users and the limited internal staff who need it to operate or support the Service, all bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not use your Customer Content to train AI/ML models, and we never sell it or share it beyond what is needed to provide the Service, unless you direct us to. You may export or request deletion of your Customer Content at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only with service providers ("subprocessors") who help us operate the Service, under contractual confidentiality obligations - including payment processors (billing details, order amount), cloud hosting providers (encrypted account & content data), analytics providers (anonymized/aggregated usage data), support & communication tools (name, email, message content), and legal authorities where required by law or valid legal process.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, and up to 24 months after closure for legal and accounting purposes. Customer Content is retained for 30 days after account closure to allow recovery, then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
